AIR CONDITIONING & VENTILATION SYSTEM SPECIFICATION

 We  provide our service in  Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.

The work shall include the following after signing the contract;

  • Supply & installation of new air conditioning system as indicated on the drawings of Split duct and FAHU.

  • We will  provide the ducts and indoor units for split duct after receiving the advance payment.

  • For the FAHU will need 14 weeks after receiving the advance payment.

  • Ducting.   Pre insulated aluminum ducting work will be fabricated as per ASHRAE standards.

  • Outside duct work shall be insulated with 25mm thick 24Kg/Ms fiber glass insulation with 6 Oz canvas cloth & 30-36 Foster/ Fetco.

  • Acoustic lining inside supply air duct for initial 10 ft. with 12mm thick resin bonded fiber glass insulation.

  • Grills/Diffusers/Refrigerant-Piping.  AIRTRON/BETA/AIRMASTER or equivalent make grilles and diffusers in standard white powder coated finish.

  • Thermostat controls digital supplied with equipment.

  • Refrigerant piping will be (KTC) with Aero flex or equivalent insulation.

  • Vibration isolation pads will be ribbed rubber for units.

  • HVAC EXCLUSIONS.  All civil works such as wall opening/roof opening for the A/C duct works and closing .

*The openings after installation of duct work etc. and making good.  Any kind of Masonry work such as excavation, cutting away and patching up of opening required .

*For pipe/ducting/electrical and for the equipments, any painting, water proofing, foundation, supporting frames for air conditioning equipment etc.

  • Crane arrangement for hoisting of A/C units on roof foundation.

  • Any changes/modifications after installation of works will be charged extra.

  • Scaffolding to be provided at site to carry out external AC works.

  • Any kind of carpentry and decoration work, including false ceiling or boxing etc.

  • Any form of covering or water proofing.

  • Factory visit at manufactures place.

  • Any type of Fees/Duties/Approval related to government department.

  • Access doors of any kind.

  • Fire sealing of pipes and ducts crossing on walls and shafts.

  • Warranty:  18 months from the date of supply of equipments or 12 months from the date of commissioning which ever is earlier.  The compressor shall carry a 5 year warranty from the date of supply to site.
